Galaxy Hotel

  1. Rates shown above are in MOP/HKD, and are subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
  2. Payment must be fully prepaid by credit card and all payment is non-refundable. Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise.
  3. Extensions will require a reservation change for the additional date(s) subject to availability and will be charged according to the Best Available Rate on the date of extension.
  4. The MOP388 credits are offered to guests in form of below during the specific period:
    a. From 8 – 14 May, the MOP388 credits will be posted to the guests’ portfolio.
    b. From 15 May – 30 June, the MOP388 credits will be pre-loaded to Galaxy Macau Pass and shall be given to guest upon check in.
  5. Complementary upgrade to a suite is only applicable in the condition that:
    a. Two or more consecutive nights are booked; or
    b. The birth month of the registered guest is May (valid ID/ passport must be presented for reification purpose)
  6. The MOP388 credits can be used at selected outlets at Galaxy Macau.
  7. All package inclusions are on a per stay basis, unless stated differently. Unused package benefits cannot be reimbursed or redeemed for cash either in full or in part.
  8. Charges for optional incidentals (including but not limited to gratuities, food and beverage, parking, movie and other optional incidentals) are not included.
  9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
  10. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Galaxy Hotel has the right at any time to discontinue or change this offer. In case of dispute, the decision of Galaxy Hotel shall be final.

  5. Any cancellation has to be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise 100 percent of first night including service charge and tax will be imposed.
  6. Extension of room is subject to the hotel room availability and the best available rates will apply.

  11. The Hotel reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the hotel.
  12. A registered guest must be 18 years of age or above to check in to Hotel Okura Macau.
  13. Hotel check-in time is after 15:00 and check out before 11:00.

    3. Hotel credits are inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes
    4. The MOP388 credits are offered to guests in form of below during the specific period:

    6. Hotel credits are restricted for use during earned period of stay and cannot be used for other stays.

  • General Terms and Conditions
    1. Rates are quoted in Patacas (MOP) on a per suite/villa per night basis.
    2. Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
    3. Check-in time is from 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
    4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
    5. Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
    6. Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
    7. Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
    8. Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
    9. Extra person charge is MOP500.00 per person per night, subject to 10 % Service Charge and 5% Government Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package rate is paid.
    10. No pets are allowed.
  • Cancellation Policy
    1. Non-Peak Period - Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
